For all source material used in the analysis, you will paraphrase and not use direct quotation marks
Question:
For all source material used in the analysis, you will paraphrase and not use direct quotation marks but will instead paraphrase. What this means is that you will put the ideas of an author or article into your own words rather than lifting directly from a source document. You may not use more than four consecutive words from a source document, as doing so would require direct quotation marks. This requirement includes facts from the case scenario. Changing words from a passage does not exclude the passage from having quotation marks.
Step 2: Set Up the Assignment You will submit consolidated documents. Any project plan components generated in Microsoft Word should be consolidated into a single Word document. Any project plan components generated in Microsoft Excel should be consolidated into a single Excel document (use multiple tabs where appropriate). Any project plan components generated in Microsoft PowerPoint should be consolidated into a single PowerPoint document. The project schedule should be submitted as a Microsoft Project (.mpp) file.
Step 3: Compile the Comprehensive Project Plan Task 1: Review the feedback provided to you for all previous assignments and make corrections and updates as appropriate. Make sure that the content is consistent from one component to the next (e.g. make sure the project scope does not change from one document to another).
Task 2: Compile the components into a comprehensive project plan. Your plan should include the following components: Project Charter (ID#1, which incorporates your Scope Statement [TD#3]) Stakeholder Analysis Matrix (TD#2) Work Breakdown Structure (TD#3) Communications Matrix (ID#2) Human Resources Plan (TD#4) Project Schedule (ID#3) Risk Matrix (TD#6) Please note: Your comprehensive project plan does NOT need to include: Projection Selection Document (TD#1) Cost Estimation Techniques (TD#5) Virtual Team Submission (TD#7)
Step 4: Review the Project Plan Read the project plan to ensure all required elements are present. Use the grading rubric to ensure that you gain the most points possible for this assignment. For the final, it is expected to submit 3 file formats. A word file, a project software file, and an excel file.
The Project Plan Artifacts I am looking for with the final deliverable include the following: Project Charter Scope Statement Stakeholder Matrix WBS (MS Project) Resources (human and physical) assigned Costs assigned Successors Predecessors Communication Matrix HR plan (Make sure these match your Project software document) Project Schedule (MS Project) Risk Matrix Quality (Optional)
