Core Values

I need to be able to define what each core value means. 

To define these three core values.  The definition is personal so that if someone asks me why I selected each word, I will be able to define what that word means to you. 

Core Value paragraphs should be approximately four sentences. First Sentence is the definition of the core value. Second & third sentences explain what the core value means to you. Fourth sentence is like a philosophical message or the 'kicker' to leave that message with the reader. Make it short and sweet, only a few sentences.

Big Picture - Process Oriented

I am motivated by the big picture - how what I do fits into a holistic view of what I am involved in. I take great satisfaction in being able to organize and manage large projects that can transform the organization and the people within it.

 

Harmony

Relationships are valuable to me, and I cherish an environment that others enjoy being a part of and that fosters friendships.

 

Vision

I am inspired by an understanding of the vision of the direction of the organization and I believe my strength is to clarify that vision and allow others to see it as well. This creates an energy and dynamic direction.

Trust

First, trust others rather than wanting to gain someone to believe me. Without trustworthiness, it is impossible to build a good relationship with employees and customers. I believe trustworthiness is fundamental to organizations and human beings.
