One of the well-known professional management firms with expertise in organizational turnaround was engaged to conduct the culture audit. The culture survey by the firm with the top 300 employees revealed the current culture and desired culture as below. Current culture: The organization is highly people-oriented and has a family like work environment, employees have a high sense of belonging and are loyal to the organization, but innovation & creativity which was the key strength of the organization since inception is seriously in declining trend, even the result orientations and completeness is low.
