You can see the links for help on what exactly constitutes a CAM. Once you've tried it reflect on whether or not it was helpful and why you feel it was helpful. You should use the link to research that particular therapy and see what the benefits are supposed to be and why it is supposed to be effective (if you do not already know). Do you think your expectations/beliefs had anything to do with its efficacy? Was there a placebo effect? Do you think you are subject to placebo effects? Will you use it again? Why or why not.
