The purpose of the meeting is to demonstrate who you are as a leader in contrast to who you were as an individual contributor; further, you will explain your vision for the team and how the vision incorporates the company's values. You will create and present a multimedia presentation to guide this meeting, unify the team, and begin to set team expectations.
