HSC 3S Sdn Bhd runs a car service center for one car brand only. They have deployed an information system that allow car owner to set a car service appointment using that information system. Then, select his registered car in the information system need to be sent for a service. All information about the selected car will be displayed on screen, and, car owner needs to select service type as well which it can be product recall or regular service. After conforming all details, car owner is allowed to submit a car service appointment by clicking Confirm button on screen. The information system automatically sends an alert email to Service Agent for every new car service appointment. The alert email contains car information, owner information, appointment detail and also service type. The information system automatically sends a Short Message Service (SMS) on one day before to the car owner to remind the car owner regarding a car service appointment on the next day. Finally, Service Agent could extract and print out a daily car service appointment. The list contains service time, car registration number, and owner name.
