I am trying to calculate the orbital elements of common low earth orbit communication satellites. The orbital elements I am referring to are the 6 COES such as Eccentricity ,semi major axis ,Argument of Perigee, RAAN or Right ascension of the ascending node , True Anomaly and Inclination.

I only have low earth altitude of 1000 km and the orbit is not circular, I know the eccenctricty can be quite low

Also Please provide all calculations regarding questionn when required
