It is composed of interrelated and interdependent parts arranged in a manner that produces a unified whole. • The various subsystems should be studied in their interrelationships rather than in isolation from each other. . The organizational system has a boundary which determines which parts are internal and which are external. There is no vacuum system. It receives information, materials and energy from other systems as inputs.
