I have doubts about how to plot graphs in excel when I have qualitative data precisely interview data with few Yes/No type responses and few open ended questions (this is a part of the questions which I am using to benchmark Sales and operations planning process (i.e. In supply chain). I would also need help/ideas in how I can showcase such responses of open ended questions with the help of any kind of statistical responses as that is expected from me.
