I work for a medical device company and one of the requirements moving forward is setting up all suppliers payment terms at 90 days. I need to have an uncomfortable conversation with a disposables supplier and ask them to change their payment terms from 60 days to 90 days. It is something that we are asking all suppliers and I will even share a letter that the Vice president drafted explaining this.
