Question:
Identify a real-world problem that you need to deal with this semester and decompose the problem into all of the sub-problems and sub-sub-problems that you can foresee. This problem can be either related to school (eg., organizing your semester) or more personal (eg., developing a daily schedule): be sure to pick a problem that will be advantageous for you to solve in the upcoming term! The only restriction is that your problem must be one that will benefit from a decomposition approach (ie., a *big* problem). For the first part of the assignment, clearly state your problem and contextualize the problem with a comprehensive background discussion. Consult both the video and the resources provided to familiarize yourself with what is required to develop a formal problem statement.
Provide a list of decomposed sub-problems and sub-sub-problems that you will need to complete in order to tackle the overall problem. Be sure to organize your list of sub-problems in order of what needs to be done.
