What recommendations would you give other business leaders on supporting effective workplace communication in a post-pandemic diverse workplace?

Write a summary report that includes the following sections.

• Business Leader Information: A brief bio of the person, their current title, and a brief description of their company. This can be a paragraph.
• Interview Overview: Summarize what you learned during your interview, addressing the key points noted above. Make sure you address all bullet points noted. For ease of reading, use section titles within this Interview Overview section to signify each required key point. Example of sub-section titles:
