Present the following findings. Each section should be a designated 1-2 slide in your presentation. In your word report, each section should have page of text to back up your analysis. 3. What is the job all about? Introduce yourself, the company and provide an overview of the position. 4. Selection - what is the process you need to take for the correct selection. Provide a diagram and detailed steps in one graph. Consider channels of advertising, wording, targeting specific traits, inclusion / diversity 5. Socialization - what culture do the recruits need to be initiated with? Why? What components of orientation, socialization, networking and professionalism need to be exemplified? 6. Onboarding - how will this be structured? What tools will you use? When and why will this occur? Efficacy - how do you know it's working? 7. Assessment (efficacy) - how do you know the onboarding / training is successful? What tools will you use? 8. Retention - what programs / motivators are in place to keep and upstream staff? Tools used? Assessment criteria? Motivation and supports? 9. Conclusion - why were these steps necessary? What value do they have? What links can you determined between tools and direct dollar savings for the employer? On the presentation day you will have uploaded your PPT into Brightspace and be ready at the exact specified time to present. You will also hand the instructor a paper copy of your Word doc assignment to read and follow along with your presentation. This too must be uploaded on the day of the presentation for grading.
