I am working on a project design specification, for a mechanism that can retract the top plate from a vacuum chamber for an electron beam machine. but I can't find any patent or industrial examples of application that I can compare with or get a reference for, I am stuck at usage life, idk how long a typical vacuum work a day/week/year?
