In addition to the Microsoft Project schedule, you must write a report on the project. Consider that the last thing your stakeholders saw was the Project Charter. Now you have a completed schedule, including cost information. Your report should be substantial: 3-5 pages, double-spaced, and should discuss: • • Scope - what it is and has it changed since the Charter Critical Path - include a listing of the critical path exported from Project. What are the risks on the critical path? How will those be managed?
