In some regions, red and yellow lights are on at the same time which means stop but prepare to go. Sometimes traffic lights may be failure leading to dangerous situations for vehicles and pedestrians. Hence, it is important to check if traffic light combinations are valid or not. In this question, you will design a circuit named Traffic Light Legal. If traffic light combination is appropriate output will be 1. If not, output will be 0. For a light, 1 indicates ON, 0 indicates OFF.

a. Show truth table for this problem. Explain it briefly.

b. Write the function in SOP form. Explain it briefly.

Design and implement Traffic Light Legal circuit by using AND, OR and NOT gates. You can also use bubble (o) instead of separate NOT gate.
