In this project, you are required to initiate and lead applied research on your chosen area or field in relation to an organization (could be private, Govt or charity). You have to plan, conduct, and report on applied research relevant to organizational strategic practices and outcomes. For this task, you are required to select (also get approval for) an appropriate and relevant applied research proposal that relates to the industry that you work in or have knowledge of. This may be community support and services such as childcare, aged care, human resources, innovation communication and technology, finance, business support services, etc.

You need to do the following –
Clarify and confirm the purpose and requirements of applied research with at least two relevant stakeholders [show meeting evidence, emails, etc.]

Develop at least one applied research plan [*also please read the requirements below]

Collect and validate data as per the applied research plan

Analyse collected data [use appropriate tools for analysis]
