When reviewing the referral data of new students coming into the school, you noticed some interesting figures. In the year prior to the new campus, your referral data looked like this: local schools: 35% Child Protection: 20% Youth Justice: 20% other services: 25% Total: 100% The latest referral data for students at the new campus looks like this: local schools: 60% Child Protection: 10% Youth Justice: 5% other services: 25% Total: 100% When implementing your communication plan, the school noticed that it was difficult to engage workers from the local Child Protection and Youth Justice Offices. Since the new campus opened up, staff members within the school have stated that they are struggling to develop good working relationships with workers from these local offices. Using the below tables, your group is tasked with evaluating the effectiveness of your communication plan and how you can develop a better working relationship with the local Child Protection and Youth Justice Offices.
