Limpio Mucho, Inc. has just merged with HPS #1 and has taken a new strategic direction as a result. The company will no longer sell just cleaning products, but will also provide complete cleaning services for organizations in the healthcare industry. At the same time, the company will continue with its expansion plans around the world. Puerto Rico represents a new market, to which it is intended to introduce the new products and the complete cleaning service. Ms. Luna Izquierdo, President and CEO of Limpio Mucho, Inc., wants to determine the best way to quickly implement the new business strategy. As Human Resources manager, you have been tasked with selecting five new employees for a work team that will open operations in Puerto Rico. Six months after opening operations, Ms. Izquierdo has asked you to develop and design the jobs they will need to comply with the strategy of opening operations in Puerto Rico.
Once you have the jobs, Ms. Izquierdo needs you to proceed to recruit and select the candidates for the positions. He has asked you to consider important aspects such as the merger of both companies and how important it is for Limpio Mucho, Inc. to succeed in this new globalization strategy.
