Julia Sandoval and Kathy O Donnell, two employees in a small software design company were hateful of the department secretary, Miranda Kirkpatrick, which they claim was due to Mirandas boastfulness. Elena Aguilar-Trujillo, who managed her eight employees as the department director, observes that the resentment can be traced to the fact that Miranda, with a successful businessman husband, was financially better off than her two complaining employees.
