The owner of the GMA Building however complained that the picketers were annoyingly clogging the common passageway of the building, the only ingress and egress being used by the occupants of the second to the sixth floors thereof as well as by their respective employees, clients and customers; and that besides giving the disconcerting impression that a strike had been declared against it or any of the occupants of the second to the sixth floors of the building, the picketing of the passageway in question placed it in an embarrassing position as the occupants, mostly affected business firms, demanded protection of their peaceful enjoyment of, and free access to and from the premises respectively leased by them.
