• One paragraph explaining the parameter SETTINGS and what it does.
• Write what SQL query with your EXPLAIN command and the parameter 
• Describe what you were expecting to see and what you learned after running the EXPLAIN command using that parameter. And describe your observation on the output of the ran query.
