Combustion has become a significant part of our daily lives, and when used properly, it can be good to the environment. As an independent learning work, the goal of this project is for you to cover topics of combustion other than those covered in the theoretical chapter of your study guide. You must incorporate this information in your research: • Research and write about how combustion systems were developed hence some historical aspects of combustion of fuel done. (10) Consumers of fuel have a dual challenge: economic and environmental. Explain how they stay within regulatory emission limitations while keeping their fuel production budget. (15) • Explain the effects of combustion systems on society, the economy, and the physical environment, as well as potential solutions. (15) • Understand how combustion works in terms of chemistry and physics, as well as how combustion is classified. (15) • Reflect on the usefulness of a specific assignment and comment on what you've learnt and the understanding you've gained. Explain why independent learning is important, and how you plan to approach informal learning in the future (personal strategies, preferences, and learning style). (10) . As you've learned more about combustion systems and their advantages and disadvantages to society, share your thoughts on the topic. (10) The graduate attributes range statements are presented in the Tutorial Letter The assessment rubric and graduate attribute 9 are attached The assignment will be given in the form of a written report. All of the data needs to be appropriately referenced. You may utilize any books, papers, or credible internet sources that you have access to.
