Your job is to figure out for this new product line whether or not Mars Corporation will need to change their operations focus for this new product. Use the following questions to guide you in your analysis. A) Where in the process are customer orders placed? Based on this, what would be the ideal manufacturing method? B) Based on the manufacturing method chosen in part a, what ingredient(s)/product(s) would be forecasted? C) Based on the manufacturing method chosen in part a, what ingredient(s)/product(s) would require demand to be calculated via MRP?
