MedCare is a Medication Delivery Service that prepares supplements or medications and delivers them to customers. Customers can check availability of certain medication or supplements the store has by providing medication name, brand or type. However, if they want to purchase and use the delivery system they need to sign up to the system. Since medications are controlled items, when signing up, users need to provide identifications such as name, IC number, IC copy, contact and address. For the ordering service, customers choose the medication or supplements they want along with quantity and add to their carts. At checkout, if the customer wish to purchase controlled medication, they need to upload the signed copy of medication prescription by doctors and IC copy of the patient. Then, customers make payment, however their order still needs to be verified by a pharmacist and if approved, the receipt will be sent and order will proceed. However, if not approved, payment will be refunded. Successful orders are stored. If customers buy normal non controlled medication or supplements, the process will be easier without verification. Customers can also communicate and get advice with pharmacists by sending messages. The Admin of the system are pharmacists who are in charge of updating store inventory, approving controlled medication orders, answering messages and view data of the system. a.
