For this portion of the assignment, you will continue the development of your restaurant concept with the creation of a menu.
The menu should contain appropriate use of categories, ingredients, terminology, and menu listings. The menu should have AT LEAST 12 MENU LISTINGS, which showcase a variety of cooking methods, and a variety of ingredients. Each menu listing is required to have a full description (Not a list of ingredients).
The menu should be developed with the guest in mind, using appropriate language and terminology to sell each item to the customer. Correct grammar and spelling are an integral part of menu development, so be sure to proofread.
Each menu listing should be ORIGINAL, copy and pasting from a website is unacceptable and will result in a grade of ZERO for the entire menu.
