Question 2 (20 marks) Mr Lee is currently employed as the senior accounting manager of City Ltd (City), a company incorporated and carrying on business in Hong Kong. However, he disagreed with the assessment as the assessor did not allow an interest expense deduction claim submitted by the company, resulting in an increase in assessable profits of ABC Limited.
