Identify the marketing opportunities you will present to the Board of Directors and the CEO. Provide a justification for your selected opportunities

Task 4: Presentation

Having received feedback from the stakeholders, the Senior Management Team have asked for a presentation of your recommended marketing opportunity.

In their email to you, the Board has specifically mentioned that the presentation needs to cover:

• a summary of the Australian fitness market.
• the selected marketing opportunities.
• a summary of the evaluation criteria that you used to arrive at your conclusion including financial viability and return on investment.
• a summary of how the selected marketing opportunities align with Bounce Fitness business objectives.
• recommendations on how to implement and appropriately resource the selected marketing opportunities in line with current business operations.

The Board are busy, so they have asked you to send them a video recording of your 10-15 minute presentation.

In preparing and delivering your presentation, please ensure you:

• Comply with Bounce Fitness policies and procedures
• Identify the stakeholders the presentation will be directed at (Senior Management team (General Managers) and CEO).
• Identify organisational capabilities and/or resources that will need to be developed.
• Use PowerPoint slides to support your presentation.

Following these tips to ensure your presentation meets all the requirements:

• Make sure your PowerPoint slides use the correct (Bounce Fitness) branding.
• Dress appropriately. Treat your presentation like a real business presentation being presented to senior managers.
• Practise the timing of your presentation before you make your final video.
• Introduce yourself.
