Now that you have successfully analyzed and diagnosed your client, you are ready to formulate short-term goals.

Instructions
The third part of the Nursing Process Project requires you to complete the planning section on the Nursing Process Project template Download Nursing Process Project template. Follow these steps to complete this part of the project.
Step 1: the Planning section of the Nursing Process Project template Download Nursing Process Project templateby writing two short-term goals for each of the identified nursing diagnoses. Consider the following as you formulate the client goals:
- What do you think needs to be done for the client's problems?
- What does the client want to be done?
- What does the client agree to?
- Are your goals measurable?
- Are your goals realistic?
- Does your assessment data support your goals?
If a category is non-applicable, simply write NA in that section of the template.
Step 2: Submit your Nursing Process Project completed through the Planning section.
