On his last day on the job for Sam's Diner, Frank observed a sealed bottle of soda pop (King Kola) with a dead cockroach in it. Instead of discarding the bottle, he served it to a customer, Pamela. Frank's apparent motive for serving the contaminated soft drink was his dislike of Sam. After consuming half of the soft drink, Pamela saw the dead cockroach in her drink, fainted, and fell to the floor injuring her hip. Another customer, Thomas attempted to revive Pamela by performing mouth to mouth resuscitation. Unfortunately, he was not immediately successful and Pamela also sustained injuries to her head as a result of Thomas' actions.
