Operations management is concerned with converting materials and labor into goods and services as efficiently as possible to maximize the profit of an organization. It defines the design operation and the improvement of system or process that creates good services. Operation management can do to find as all those business functions that performs activities of planning, organizing, leading and controlling the resources required to produce an organization's goods and services, in order to create value.
