Assume the company involved is a small company is Ontario that operates a chain of fast casual restaurants. There are 20 locations in the province. Look at the external general factors (economy, politics, etc.), using information from the news and industry information. Prepare your findings as a slide dek: if you did this work, the senior management team would have you present your findings to them.
