Part 2: Develop group and personal work plans Task 1 - Develop a work plan for the group The implementation of Strategic goal 6.1 Flexible work arrangements has become a priority for your division. They have already completed the following tasks: Strategy 6.1.1 - The scope has been approved Strategy 6.1.2. - The Work from Home policy document has been written and approved. Your supervisor has asked you to complete a Work Priorities Plan for the group to complete the project. You must identify the key actions (tasks), staff responsible, business technology required and any contingency plans. The contingency plans should be an analysis of any factors that affect the work group achieving these goals. Task 1 requirements: Refer to: People and Culture Crew Strategic Overview and Operational Plan Complete: Work Priorities Plan. Save as: Your name Group Work Plan Task 2 - Develop a personal work plan You have decided to develop a personal work plan so that you can schedule your normal duties as well as incorporate your additional responsibilities to implement the flexible working arrangements. You will give this to your supervisor. You must complete a Work Priorities Plan for yourself. You need to analyse your HRO job description and list your normal work responsibilities in a priority order. You must also incorporate at least one of the tasks from the Group Work Plan.
