Part 2: Presentation and Data Work (90 marks) You have been asked to collect company data and to create a final written presentation based on your analysis of the data and the performance measures and reports you have created. You will be presenting your work to the KnitKorp executives and you will have 20 min to present. Make sure to include the following: Description of Requirements 1. Analyze the data in the new Excel tables. Identify and describe the types of data (eg master, transactional). Identify and describe data hierarchies and the data relationships. Marks will be given based on relevance, organization and your explanation. 2. Create at least three new summaries (charts) of the data with key messages on the slides. Marks will be given based on chart completeness and relevance of your explanations. 3. Measure and report on each Procurement process using the data provided. This should include at least one performance measure (slide) for each of the two processes. Marks will be given for the correct use of formulas and a clear message for the report. 4. Measure and report on each Operations process using the data provided. This should include at least one performance measure (slide) for each of the two processes.
