Hello, I received a letter showing an outstanding balance for two of Nilou's visits; 1. 12/31/23 Isabel Bedoyan, 2. 11/01/23 Anthony Scaduto. The charge for Isabel Bedoyan virtual visit should not be listed. That was the first video visit we had for the day and was also confirmed on app of no fee for visit prior to booking. Please explain why this is being charged?
