After mbdng is completed the Ingredients are transferred to the Baking Department. Once the baking process Is completed the cheesecakes are transferred to the Finishing Department where individual cheesecakes are cut into twelve inch sqaures and packaged for delivery. The balance in Work in Progess (WIP) - Baking Dept. was as follows on December 1, 2020: WIP 3600 units - 20% complete as to conversion costs Direct materials 11,700 Conversion costs 1,440 The following costs were charged t o WIP - Baking during December 2020 Direct materials transferred from the Mxing Dept. 62,800 units at $3.30 per unit 207.240 Direct labor 81.043 Factory overhead 54,029 M Durlng December, 63,000 unlts were completed.
