Write a Matlab program to design causal generalized multi-band FIR filter using the Windowing method and the equation above for the ideal filter impulse response. The program gives the choice of either Rectangular, Bartlet, Hanning, Hamming, Blackman or Kaiser window types ((do not use Matlab built-in functions except for the zero-order modified Bessel function and the plot of the frequency response). The program takes the error margins, transition region, and the ideal filter specifications represented by Gk. Nmb and wk. k-1,2,...Nmb to provide the designed filter order with minimum order, its impulse response, and a plot of the magnitude frequency response. I- Use your program to design the causal filter, shown in Fig. 1, with the specifications 20log10(8s1 )= -10 dB, 20log10 (82)--25dB, 20log10 (Sp) = -40 dB, W₁-0.1, W₂-0.3, W3-0.7, and 4w-0.17. a- Apply fixed Window method to design the filter. b- Apply Kaiser Window method to design the filter. Provide a plot for | H(e) | of the designed filter for the above two cases, and comment on the difference in the required filter order in each case. Compare your results with those obtained from the Matlab built-in functions.
