Your diary should be presented clearly and submitted for evidence on completion. For each of the meetings you managed, produce a 1-2 page report outlining the outcomes of the meeting. Reflect on the process, and outline anything you would do differently next time around to improve these outcomes. Attach each report to your workbook on completion. Develop and distribute agendas and papers Identify and invite meeting participants Organise and confirm meeting arrangements, including briefing the minute taker Conduct meeting Promote participant engagement Complete meetingfollow-up actions, including reviewing and editing minutes as required Follow organisational policies and procedures.
