Your trainer will discuss in detail the requirements for each section You must present your proposed Operational Plan as a typed report. Company description: Students to describe the Company. (Include the goods/services offered, location, hours of operation, and staff) Aim of the operational plan: The purpose of plan should detail why you are implementing the plan, and what you are intending to do. Detail the goal of the plan (Consider the SMART model) The expected outcome of your operational plan (Explain the benefits of your plan) Operational Details: Expected timeframe of your operational plan from the planning stage to the implementation stage (how long will your plan take to implement) Human resources/ labour requirements: Human Resources requirements (Which staff members will be involved in your operational plan, including hiring requirements and training requirements) Staff member responsibilities and timelines (What are the responsibilities of each staff member and what timeframe are they expected to complete the task/s) Financial requirement: Financial Resources (What are the financial requirements/budget for your operational plan) Technological requirements: Equipment Capacity (If any, what additional equipment/technology will be required to achieve your operational plan's objectives) Monitoring & evaluation: Key Performance Indicators (How do you measure success?) Operational Plan Progress reports (Where in your operational plan will you be reporting on progress, and who will you be reporting to) Regular Feedback requirements (Where and when will you be gathering feedback on your Operational Plan, and how will you use it) Contingency plan (What are your plans for avoiding risks and setbacks)
