It wants to cater for the South African market by including scenarios in its games that represent the rainbow nation. For this reason, it will be implementing a new intercultural communication training programme for its own staff to equip them for this endeavour. Your task is to prepare a presentation for the company to introduce the staff to this programme and to get their buy-in. Credibility of the presenter: Discuss how you will make sure that you are a credible presenter by referring to the kinds of credibility and explain to which category you belong. Discuss three different ways to achieve credibility. (10) Instructional graphics: Explain the purpose of instructional graphics. Choose at least three different types of graphs and explain what they are, why you would use them and what information you would convey through them. Include examples.
