The company plans a big come back and in order to make it a reality has decided to hit the market with a new, exciting beverage. You have been selected as the Project Manager for the launch of Shen-Kingdom's latest alcoholic beverage. The Beverage has not been named, and the alcohol content has not been decided as yet. As the Project Manager you are being tasked to oversea all aspects from start to finish, with the launch of the product being the final activity. You are being given full control and need only submit your budget to the Stakeholders for their approval to make this a success. Additional notes: The work breakdown structure should have no more than three (3) Levels but can have as many activities as you deem necessary for execution for the project's success. 1.
