For this project, a specific date will be chosen when data will start being collected and surveys will be sent to nurses and patients. The data will then be collected for a certain amount of time. If something is not working during this time it can be changed. Observations will be continuously made while data is being collected. Observations can include how many staff members left during this time, how are new staff members adjusted to the units, and what areas are causing the biggest challenges
