Sensing this, his father offers to pay Ricarldo $100.00 if he runs the errand. Ricarldo accepts. On his way to the drug store, Ricarldo stops by his neighbourhood barbershop run by his good friend Sachin. Ricarldo asks for a haircut and Sachin complies. After Ricarldo receives his fresh cut, Ricarldo jumps out of the chair and says, "Thanks hoss!. He quickly leaves without paying. Sachin shouts after Ricarldo, Bwoy! Where me money?" Ricarldo shouts back over his shoulder, "What money, hoss? You's me friend." At the drug store, Ricarldo is about to buy the bottle of Panadol but realises that he does not have enough money. He slaps two dollar bills on the counter and tells the pharmacist that his prices are too expensive and that he must stop dig out people eye". The pharmacist insists that Ricarldo pay his bill, but Ricarldo tells him that he is a minor and is not legally obligated to pay for anything as he has no legal capacity to enter into contracts. Ricarldo leaves without paying the full price of the medicine. Back at home, Ricarldo's father changes his mind about paying Ricarldo the $100.00. Advise Ricarldo of the following: a) Whether his father owes him the money by law? b) Whether he is legally obligated to pay Sachin for his haircut? c) Whether the pharmacist can sue Ricarldo for the price of the Panadol?
