Saul Goodman after years of struggling, founded a law firm wherein he is the sole practicing attorney. Through ten years of hustling and hard work, Saul Goodman has a loyal clientele, servicing a diverse group of individuals over varying areas of the law. While working late one night, Saul Goodman meets Walter White, who is a struggling chemistry teacher that has found himself on the wrong side of the law. While meeting Walter White, Saul is sought his advice on how Walter can successfully hide hundreds of thousands of dollars earned through the illegal production and sale of methamphetamine. After suggesting that Walter invest in a nail salon, Saul offers to "take" the money and pass it through his attorney/client funds account to "clean" the money. Walter gladly accepts this offer, paying Saul a ten (10%) commission on call money cleaned. After Walter leaves, Saul is advised by his paralegal that a young man named Jesse Pinkman is waiting to meet with Saul and that Jesse appears out of breath and sweating.
