On January 1, 2022, the Delfinos contracted with their favorite local musician Paul Picker to sing and play his guitar at the opening night of the new store. They plan to open in February 2023 and they want Paul to perform at the restaurant from February 1 until February 15. Paul agrees. 

On December 1, 2022. Paul was also asked to perform at the pre-opening/elen unveiling ceremony and committed to performine for three hours that day.
