Security Lieutenant (manager) for hospital university will over 50 site in PA, a few in NJ, and soon coming DE. Position put out for Center City Philadelphia. It primarily focuses on but not limited to security operations, shift management, shift administrator and shift oversight. Additionally, the Lieutenant delegates responsibilities to security sergeant (shift supervisor and security personnel. Lieutenant is also responsible for the safety and security of all the community, property, staff, students and visitors. Lieutenantensures compliance to policies and procedures in the hospital and university settings.
This position will be part of the security public safety department structure initiative and strategic oversight plan. Accordingly shift placement and location alignment will be in accordance with operational needs.
