Skills Test: This assessment task requires the student to lead, manage and engage with three (3) different work teams on a building and construction project. This includes:  Managing teams with varying competency levels of workers  Working effectively and interact with team supervisors or leading hands to achieve quality work within set timeframes  Managing and supporting teams experiencing difficulties and take necessary action to rectify issues  Effectively managing communications with, and between diverse groups  Resolving negative interactions or problems between project teams. The three (3) work teams may include subcontractors and employees, with cultural, competency or other diversities.
