Students will analyze the accounting and finance employment and careers environment, identify a specific role and relate it to their personal career plan and prepare:

Part A.

A written response that reflects the students' individual career plan for a chosen advertised future role assuming three to five years' experience in a relevant role.

The report should include:

1. Explanation of the job fit' between the individual, the role and the organisation.
2. Research on emerging issues that are likely to impact on the future of the role and accounting and finance roles more broadly.
3. A personal gap analysis and action plan table for the chosen role.

Part B. A

Students must individually present to their allocated team (by Zoom with recording) a five-minute overview of the sections in their report, with up to five minutes for peers to give feedback. Each group will submit one recorded video, however, this task will be assessed individually.
