The client (hospital) will phone and place the order. Each order will also include how many of the meals are for diabetic patients, as those meals must be clearly marked. All the orders must be received before 10:00. The chefs will retrieve the number of orders per meal from the system. The accountant will prepare the invoice for the order, follow up on the payment and close the order on the system.
