Question:
The client memo is distinct from the work in the problem portion (not related).
Assume you are hired to complete a feasibility study for a potential hotel near the ballpark in downtown San Diego. Write a memo to the client (Sipe Hotel Group) that describes what they will receive in their feasibility study. Include the following in your memo:
a) Identify the front matter that will be included in the feasibility study. Describe the different sections of your feasibility study as a whole. Note: you are not making any calculations – just describing how the study is compiled. You are also not describing the 4 step process. I am interested in knowing about what goes into the feasibility study besides the 4 step process. Essentially, describe the scope of work the client will be receiving in the study – no calculations.
b) Identify 5 hotels you will use to analyze the current occupancy and why those are representative of the downtown area.
c) Conclude your memo with why feasibility studies are important for hotel groups (like Sipe Hotel Group)
Your memo should be formatted like a business memo and not exceed 1 page.
